Mediators and Trainers

Our multi-ethnic and multi-lingual team of Conflict Resolution Professionals (CRPs) brings a wide range of skills, experience, and perspectives to Catalyst's efforts. All of Catalyst's CRPs bring strong backgrounds and carry a commitment to community mediation as a launching point for conflict resolution education and community empowerment. As a "starfish organization," we rely on the power of peer relationships and believe in building team members to go and replicate the work of Catalyst in their own conflict resolution endeavors.
