RACHNA TOSHNIWAL, M.A. Rachna Toshniwal is a multilingual international development specialist skilled in inter-cultural communication, intergroup dialogue facilitation, peace building and development, and environmental peacemaking. She is the Outreach Officer and Facilitator of the Dialogue Development Group of American University, and the Project Development and Research Assistant of the National Association for community Mediation. She has masters degrees from American University, Washington, DC and University for Peace, Costa Rica. Rachna specializes in field-based conflict-sensitive development and disaster relief; participatory and gender-sensitive programming and intercultural dialogue.
