MAËLLE NOÉ, M.A. - Dialogue Facilitator and Trainer

Maëlle Noé is the Program Assistant at Catalyst IpF, her duties include organizing and facilitating conflict resolution skills trainings, and developing additional training materials for both conflict resolution skills trainings and transformative mediation education, by combining findings in academic research and her own illustrations. Maëlle is a French national but has lived in Belgium, Uganda, UK, Korea, and is currently based in the US. In addition to her work at catalyst she is a facilitator at the Center of Diversity and Inclusion at American University, and the presidential intern at Mediators Beyond Borders International. She holds a Masters in International Communication at the American University, and is writing her thesis for her second Masters, in Peace and Security, at Korea University. She focused on conflict resolution for each of her degrees, and is passionate about the premises of Transformative Mediation and Restorative Justice."
